to use, these “self venting” inserts are
designed to be inserted in problem venting
areas. These pins uniquely allow gasses to pass
right through the pins but not plastic resin.
Available in 7 or
20 micron average pore sizes, these ready-to-use
35 to 38 HRc inserts are precision ground for
press fitting, EDM machined to re-open the pores
and then ultrasonic & high pressure cleaned
for optimum venting.
